Hissing_Sid
What's the deal with the "Sent Messages" folder? It's always empty. It doesn't actually seem to store anything, certainly no copies of PMs I've sent. Is it me or does everybody get this?
COXY
When you send a message you have to tick the box that says something like "send copy to sent messages folder"
rhino
Yup, like COXY said. It's so that you can keep a copy of the message sent. There's a box that you can tick at the bottom of the area where you type your message.
Arnie
It's because there's a limit ont he amount you can store in in/out PMs, hence you have to flag it if you want to store them for reference later before you send them
R22Master
Odd kind of observation, but here we go. The PM system is pretty reliable, granted. However, I have had several PMs get "lost" in the system after sending (i.e. they never arrive). The vast majority of these "lost" PMs have happened when I have requested a copy be saved in my Sent Items folder. Is this a coincidence, or just a freak occurence? Just thought I'd mention it
