bernd
What rig is that? I like it. Thanks ! Its a 1961a as Agent Hunk already said. But its from King Arms. You get a cool rig, with much space.

skyflash
I cuted 10cm of panel on each side.

Agent Hunk
My favorite picture thread is dying Was a side project that was going to be a light set up but with the desire to cut down on rigs its looking to become my go to rig. Picture is a little old as the empty side has an M4 shingle and a radio pouch on it. Can't really sell this one as it was a gift so it should avoid the fate of every other chest rig I have posted in this thread...
PianoBlack
Anybody here other than Plankton use a Eagle MLCS H-Harness shortened up as a chest rig? I'm looking for advice whether or not to keep it and use MOLLE pouches, or sell it and just pick up an Active Shooter, SKD Custom, or 1961. -Piano
Azulsky
I have tried it that way on the DFLCS harness, works fine really but i prefer for it to be lower as i spend alot of time in positions other than standing which makes mag draws a bit annoying Its basically a glorified MAV once you have it tightened up that high
Agent Hunk
It works but the straps make it less then ideal. Especially on the MLCS style harness where it has 3 sets of straps.
laleme
Can anyone comment on the 2-piece MAV usability in prone? I was thinking of getting one.
Agent Hunk
Chest back a few pages. It was discussed.
Reincarnation...
Unclick the TT 2 piece MAV and throw them out like wings while in prone. Makes everything instantly available to you so you are not laying on magazines and stuff.
The Crunchy Bunny
It works a treat like that. MAV's are great. You won't regret it.
Azulsky
That is the general rule of thumb for any two piece system(ALICE belt,MAV,LBE,etc), and it is why i prefer the two peice rigs.

ERTrifleman
My current CRCH set-up for my m14 The left side looks a little empty, but having an empty space there makes it a clean draw from my holster, as I run a SERPA off my belt.

I've been looking hard at these, wonder if there's an easy way to attach a small hydration bladder. Edited January 6, 2010 by kojak
