Fencepost
^ hey, Lerch, that's great. Did that $50 you ripped me off for, and have ignored multiple PM's regarding, help pay for it? Sure would have liked that Eagle rig, but I guess that's old news now. Take care. Graham.

frogfish
I had LBT rig up my 1961K for me, added on the pistol mag pouches, and I grabbed some radio pouches so the config is the same as my 1961G I'm used too...
Nasty_TheYankWelshOne
Isn't the "K" just the 7.62 version of the AR/G?
frogfish
Yes but it has no radio pouches just MOLLE where they would be on the G, and no utility pouches on top of the mag pouches as 7.62 mags weigh a bit... Edited March 28, 2012 by frogfish
kojak
Coincidentally, a TMC replica 1961K was just listed on EBB: http://www.ebairsoft.com/combat-gear-cordura-series-c-62_55.html

validtumoralarm
How did you attach the TAG pack to the MAV?
Jimmypie
Using the Molle on the back of the harness and looped through the belt, although it needs some refinement to be fully stable. I may just use the standalone straps, then it can be ditched if needed.
RIXX
X Harness wtf!

Jimmypie
It has ample Molle fixings IMO , when attached to a PC it's solid, MAV X-Harness's have always been fickle for attaching hydro/packs etc..
validtumoralarm
Oh, I didn't notice that...I think I'll get one.
farfromahero
It is nothing fancy, just some random gear I had laying around until my Eagle RRV comes in, this will have to do. I couldn't deal with closed top pouches anymore so I threw this together right quick.
talon_0315
What shingle is that for your AK mags?
farfromahero
It was a cheap condor double stack shingle. But, didn't need all 6 slots so I just cut it. Its my ghetto BFG shingle.

Isamu
TMC replica ESSTAC Load Bearing Boar, set up for extended MOUT: boar pic 8x KYWI inserts were installed across the front. Yes, I do need this much ammo. boar pic The cable management and pouch setup is still a work in progress. How are you liking the rig mate? im thinking about getting one. Is it any different from the original BOAR (besides overall quality of course)? Thanks

kojak
How are you liking the rig mate? im thinking about getting one. Is it any different from the original BOAR (besides overall quality of course)? Thanks It's an elegant design that does exactly what I need (fast access to eight STANAGs, 3L hydration). Functionally the LBB is the same as a split chest Boar with the add on hydration; just a little "cleaner" with less buckles and straps. Plus you get the mediocre shoulder pads. I find the TMC material a little too shiny, and more FG than RG. I'll be dusting it with some Aervoe and doing a couple more mods before taking it to OP Lion Claws. Isamu
Yeah, Thats what I though, im planning to add a couple of D-rings and molle to the shoulder pads to put my sling, hydration hose and clip my walkie talkie, that and some more mods and the rig could be perfect... Seems like I have a new project Thank for the input kojak
Skintband
LBT 1961 A-R
Skintband
I wasn't happy with the way the original was so I thought I would modify it to go with my extra A-R rig. I now have a lot more functional high speed low drag chest rig. Big Thanks to Smalls at Tactical Airsoft Supply.
