Noart
Kalash AKS74, Danmu GP-30 Gen2 Kalash AKS74MN Kalash AKS74U Ugly MAG midcaps, but they are good and cheap. They are all steel versions. Pot metal aint good enough for me! Gonna buy a recoilbuffert and a torniquet for the AKS74, then i'm pretty much done. And to do a popular quote: It's solid, like BEAR! Scharf
really hate those "PJ" idiots for doing that to AKs

Scharf
the white logo between the stock hinge and fire selector is engraved by a "company" called PJ they are just re-branding dboys etc. The logo just ruins the look of the gun as it is not present o RS Edited February 25, 2010 by Scharf
lovecraft25
Not really an AK, but I hope you will like this stuff...

The_Boy_Swift
Got it from Rusmilitary years ago and it was pristine on my Inokatsu AKSU until I swapped it over and weathered it. Forgot to say the gun also has an Inokatsu muzzle booster and a real AKSU stock on it with rolled struts

Well, the PJ ones was cheaper from poland than a Kalash from china, so the little logo there is'nt that bad. I could just drop some paint on them if i really cared.

average
Can anyone tell me what size thread is the CA SLR105/ AK74's flash hider? I'm trying to find a replacement flash hider for my AK because having a 74 flash hider on a 47 feels kinda weird. Any thoughts?

I'm trying to find a replacement flash hider for my AK because having a 74 flash hider on a 47 feels kinda weird. Any thoughts? The normal 14 mm (but it has an extra threathed cap arround it for the 74 flashhider, wich is a damn work to remove) Must say I Like the Aimpoint on that place Edited March 4, 2010 by Jack the Ripper
ErikBobbo
Quick question: Which non-ribbed top cover should i get for my kalash?

Just a hunk of metal flash hider. I've tried threading a normal 14mm flash hider, but it didn't fit at all.
lovecraft25
16mm+
Jack the Ripper
Its a big *ss "cap". Dont know the proper name for it but... The 16 mm thread is OVER the 14 mm thread. I removed the flashider and the 16mm thread "cap" and now have a AKM flashider on it.
EmptyChambers
If the AK74 muzzle break is threaded like the real one is, the cap will be 24mm. Standard AK are 14mm left hand, or -14mm. I have a real akm break on mine. Edited March 5, 2010 by EmptyChambers
average
Don't mind the model... but yeah, that's what it looks like. AK flash hider on the left, AR 14mm on the right.
