Hristo
Not all are IDF loadouts, but here's a recent event organized in Croatia, involving IDF regulars, IDF SF, Hamas terrorists, Palestininan protesters, Jewish settlers. Photos should speak for themselves

Hristo
Here's my take on IDF 1982. Lebanon invasion loadout: Not perfect (boots), but will do for now .
L85FREAK
I am thinking of doing an IDF loadout myself, unfortunately Zahal does not have my size of shirt. I was wondering if there was anywhere else I could find one, in Medium? I also read that the shirt, and pant, sizes were sized down(ie Medium=small, Large=Medium, and so on). Any truth to that?
Hristo
Zahal sizes seem not to be sized down. However, authentic stuff can be found on eBay, seller is zorba139. Those items are army issue, usually worn but in decent condition and sizes are listed in inches/centimeters. Unlike online stores, with this seller you can be sure you are buying real deal issue gear and not replicas. This is especially true regarding slings, helmet covers and bags - most items in online stores are not original. Edited January 2, 2011 by Hristo
boris the pict
ok heres my Shayetet 13 loadout the first few with a cobbled together 'captured' web gear is from the early 80's but with an out of era mitznefet. CoolHeart_ASN
Hi guys! This is my first post on this topic, but I hope that non the last. I'm planning to make an IDF (Sayeret/Yamam) impression. But it's a little hard for me to ID the components. I have a basic kitlist and many doubts about many things! So I'll hope you can help me to complete the kitlist to make an impression as accurate as possible. That's the ref-pic I'm ussing: The kitlis I've extracted from it is this: - IDF Issued Uniform - OD CQB/Rigger's belt - IDF Issued Helmet + VIP IR + PVS-7 + Black cover + Improved elastic helmet bands - Colt M4 + MARS + Barrel mounted flashlight So my doubts are: - What gloves is he ussing? - What NVG mount? - What barrel mounted flashlight? I know it's a surefire, but what model? - What VFG? - What vest? Is he wearing some kind of under vest (similar to the PACA used by seal's). - What balaclava? I've got a kevlar one from HATCH, could be kosher? - What radio and comm's device (headset, throatmic...)? Comtac II could be kosher? - What MBUS? Searching on zohal.org I found some elements for my M4... - The ultimate Israeli warrior set: http://www.zahal.org/products/the-ultimate-israeli-warrior-rifle-set?path_parent=218285 - New AR15/M4/M16 butt stock: http://www.zahal.org/products/new-ar15-m4-m16-butt-stock?path_parent=218285 - FAB pistol grip: http://www.zahal.org/products/pistol-grip-for-m16-m4-ar15?path_parent=218285 - Picattiny polymer rail for m4/m16:http://www.zahal.org/products/picattiny-polymer-rail-for-m16-m4?path_parent=153455 I'll suppose all this stuff is valid for the M4, isn't it? Also... could this vest be kosher?: http://www.zahal.org/products/yamam-israeli-swat-fast-intervention-vest?path_parent=153327 I like it becuase is very HSLD... Another question... I'm planning to use a Glock 17... so a safariland 6004 could be valid? and a flashlight? I think that's all! Thanks in advance for your help! sigma3
The kitlis I've extracted from it is this: - IDF Issued Uniform - OD CQB/Rigger's belt - IDF Issued Helmet + VIP IR + PVS-7 + Black cover + Improved elastic helmet bands - Colt M4 + MARS + Barrel mounted flashlight So my doubts are: - What gloves is he ussing? The North Face. - What NVG mount? Standard Rhino. - What barrel mounted flashlight? I know it's a surefire, but what model? Hard to tell, but looks like a 6P to me. - What VFG? Looks like maybe a CAA folding foregrip? Can't tell if there's rails there or if it's integrated into the handguards. I'm actually curious about those handguards or the wrap on them or whatever the hell's going on there. - What balaclava? I've got a kevlar one from HATCH, could be kosher? I really doubt anyone's gonna notice this. - What radio and comm's device (headset, throatmic...)? Comtac II could be kosher? He doesn't appear to be wearing any comms, but it would be hard to tell from this angle. Certainly not Comtacs or any full headset -- doesn't mean they're not in use, just not in this photo. - What MBUS? Looks like A.R.M.S. rear flip up, stock M4 tree sights up front. CoolHeart_ASN
Thanks for your answers! I'm not really sure about standar rhino mount, it seems to be a wylcox. Keep investigating about it. I've looking the vest all night and I think is the same that I've posted, the yamam model, with some kind of OD body armor under it. So know, I need to know what body armor is... Maybe this one?? http://www.zahal.org/products/idf-infantry-bulletproof-iiia-protection?path_parent=153423 Anyone know if it's possible to buy the MARS replica? The MBUS... confirmed, is the A.R.M.S #40 MBUS. The flashlight seems to be a 6p to me too. And before been looking the pic's from ziv site, I know that the m6x is issued on the glock 17. Regards! CoolHeart_ASN
Another post more, hahaha!!! Still trying to ID the vest. I've got another possibility: http://www.ebay.com/itm/IDF-Combat-Tactical-Battle-VEST-Body-Armor-Pockets-/190395244920?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c5470e178 Inother question, what is the molle vest used by yamam? And what about this vest? http://www.ebay.com/itm/ISRAELI-TACTICAL-VEST-AGILITE-MILITARY-OD-GREEN-LBV-LOAD-BEARING-ISRAEL-ARMY-IDF-/120828649374?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c21f2df9e I think it's awesome! Sorry for all my posts but I'm full of doubts! Thanks to all, for all!
CoolHeart_ASN
And again!!! finally I've found the vest!!! Is the marom dolphin MBA7930 in OD! Now I need to know where to bought it and how much!

sigma3
Oh, sorry, you meant the actual NVG mount - for some reason I thought you were asking about the arm. Poor reading comprehension!
Hristo
Belt seems to be standard IDF, Zahal has those in stock. Avoid "Improved helmet bands" as green is stitched to black so you can't remove it easily. Instead, use classic IDF helmet band. Helmet is standard, NV is PVS-7, Wilcox mount. Uniform is standard Bet and quite new and shiny, rank seems to be Samal Rishon (Staff Sargeant) although very rarely worn in action. Vest is probably Marom Dolphin, but they are often modified at unit level. Bulletproof vests are worn in CT situations, but I don't think soldier wears it in this photo. Stock is CAA CBS (not GLR16-S stock, I've never seen them in use by IDF), MARS sight and ARMS #40 (quite common in IDF). Front sight has CAA rails (FSM15X), grip seems to be folding CAA type (not sure how it is fixed, but usually they use this rail: http://www.zahal.org/products/picattiny-polymer-rail-for-m16-m4 ; perphaps this one has been cut). There is elastic frontguard cover, those can be found at Zahal too. Rifle sling is of IDF type, but not commercially available type (which is too wide), real ones can be found used on eBay. Magazine is connected to the rifle with system similar to this: http://www.zahal.org/products/magazine-secure-attachment No Safariland holster, please, definitely will ruin any IDF kit . Pistols are rarely used and only by CT units, Glock 19 (17 is extremely rare) or SIG P228. Most of the time with Marom Dolphin thigh holsters or some IWB type of holster (perhaps Fobus). No MARS replica available, btu the real one (it cost me arms and leg ).
CoolHeart_ASN
Hi Hristo! Thanks for your answers! If you look at my post, finally I could ID the vest. Is a marom dolphin MBA 7930 over an issued bullet proof vest, all in OD color. Maybe, I'll prefer the black helmet cover, but I don't know what it is. For the M4 i will use these items from zahal: - The ultimate Israeli warrior set: http://www.zahal.org/products/the-ultimate-israeli-warrior-rifle-set?path_parent=218285 - New AR15/M4/M16 butt stock: http://www.zahal.org/products/new-ar15-m4-m16-butt-stock?path_parent=218285 - FAB pistol grip: http://www.zahal.org/products/pistol-grip-for-m16-m4-ar15?path_parent=218285 - Picattiny polymer rail for m4/m16:http://www.zahal.org/products/picattiny-polymer-rail-for-m16-m4?path_parent=153455 And still searching for the MOLLE vest used by Yamam. It's hard to find it, whitout known the model, LOL!! Still looking for the comms setup... I've found this picture: Seems that the issued radio is a motorola saber II And which wylcox mount? Again, thanks for all!!! Edited January 2, 2012 by CoolHeart_ASN
