Hristo
LOL, just today I found about black hemet cover. It is simple black fabric held by black elastic band. I did it myself few minutes ago. I'd advise against "ultimate warrior set" from Zahal, it is just too much. Sure those bands are used, but with everything there your rifle will be overpimped unrealistically. Same for stock from your link (I had it some time ago) - it is a quality commercial product but rarely (if at all) used by IDF. FAB pistol grip will fit only GBBR, not AEG. IF you have an AEG and absolutely must have such grip, I found that G&P G27 is closest (although bigger so it can accomodate the motor). Yamam is very atypical unit- I've seen them use MOLLE, Eotech, PEQ-15, FN P90 - all those nice expensive things only top budget units can afford. You will have hard time convincing anyone this is typical IDF kit. Not familiar with comms, but if you are into details, try visiting www.isayeret.com (10USD paysite, but a lot of info). Also, there is a topic here: http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showthread.php?154219-IDF-Reenactment Even IDF member drop by so you can ask them questions directly. Hristo
Here's one AEG made to look like typical IDF SF CT rifle from about 2008-2010 period, with following accessories: - TDI/FAB/CAA stock (old type) - ARMS #40 BUIS - MARS sight - TDI/CAA X6 rail system - TDI rail panels - TDI/CAA folding grip - TDI/CAA flashlight mount - Surefire 6P flashlight - IDF sling and stock/foregrip elastic bands There are many identical products bearingTDI, CAA or FAB names, so I guess these companies are closely related or even the same company using different names. BigBabyMoses06
Currently serving in the IDF, I figured id throw some pictures in here for referance. I am in my work unifor 'Bet'. I am a non combat soldier but carry around a shortened Colt M16A1. I am a "Mishak" in a course called Marva. Basically I am part social worker, guidance counselor, and logistical support for the kids in the program and the commanders. Ive got 8 more months left from a 18 moth service. If you have any requests on information ill do my best to find out. I have a friend in Lotar, several in the paratroopers, a bunch in all the combat brigades and one or to in a SF unit. Here was some fun at the range with the Tavor and MAG(M240). Masada Hike with the Kids.
