My feeling is they were probably buoyed substantially by contracts during Aussie deployment in Afghan, which allowed them to develop a lot of stuff and take a few more 'risks' and do more runs of smal

Apparently the Dragon Red version is much better in terms of pattern and construction quality.

Although this is a replica of the combat and not the field stuff.

Hey guys,

Any opinions on the EBB Multicam? I was looking to get these for play without having to spend the extra money on Crye Genuine MC.

Thanks

-Jake

I all honesty they are ok as a stop gap measure if you were saving up for the real thing. If it took you some time to save the money,by the time the real stuff was delivered you would be able to see a very noticable fade in your China Multicam.I haven't found any problems in Chinese multicams construction but like all things people will have their own horror stories.

My Combat set is very badly faded now but when i compare them next to my Propper Multicams {which i've owned longer & washed more} the Chinese set, once again has faded badly.

I don't wish to sound like a snob but if you can afford to pick up the real thing i highly recommend that you do. B)

Looking good. Did you loose weight too?

No mate,it was all hiding behind me!

Seriously, yes a little but not enough & it's just some lucky angles with the photography. Now my shoulder has been operated on i'm back exercising so hopefully i'll be adjusting my kit soon.

More pix to follow.I have a game next weekend at a differant site.

@AnakChan: I just have to ask... is the player in the middle male or female? unsure.gif

Very female :D. Her style is to go to all the public games dressed like that. I just had to take a picture of her (with my friends). Surprisingly she plays pretty well too - I reckon attributed to the distracting camo.

Tom - love the neo-old-school-look there

I'm going for something similar however I'm putting together a rig comprising of

1 x Custom made MC Roll-pin belt with Yoke attachment points

1 x Vanguard MC yoke

2 x US FSBE style canteens in MC

1 x PLCE style MC utility pouch

1 x Double Condor MC frag grenade pouch

1 x Horizontal Tac Tailor MC Zip admim poch

2 x Treble condor MC ammo pouches

1 x OPS PMR radio pouch

After trying out all manner of armour and chest rigs, I found out that I wanted a set of gear closer to my 58 / LC1 / M56 belt kits as I prefer to wear them in the woods and have my RAV for CQB!

All of the pouches will be directly mounted onto the non molle belt via their snap straps and cable tied together - if need be - for stability. P226 will be carried in my drop leg serpa.

Pics up once the belt has been made!!!
