My feeling is they were probably buoyed substantially by contracts during Aussie deployment in Afghan, which allowed them to develop a lot of stuff and take a few more 'risks' and do more runs of smal

How are you finding the Sordins, I was thinking of getting a set of those ones?

Compared to the real things, well theres no comparison. Real Sordins or Comtacs blow this thing away. However, for use in Airsoft, they're all you'll need.

They amplify sound, and with the U94 PTT they work flawlessly with my Motorola talkabout.

I do have some gripes, however. It plays the receiving transmissions from the radio on both speakers in both ears, so if people are needlessly clogging the air waves its hard to hear whats going on around you. Also, it does a better job amplifying closer sounds, so when I was walking through dead leaves thats all I could hear. Also, they do cutoff sound at a certain decible, which I found to be too low. They would cut off just from firing my AEG half the time, or ripping apart my velcro pockets on my sleeve.

The only problem I had was a problem with the right speaker where white noise started coming through, not from the radio, just a speaker malfunction, so I'm considering having them replaced already :/

All in all the ZSordins are pretty cool, practical enough for airsoft, unless you're a super elite D3LT4 wannabe you'll buy the real things to compliment you're Gen 3 NVGs ;)

Just to clarify the english, I didn't mean where to find them, but how he was finding them in use, but thanks anyway.

Sorry, probably my fault :P , I'm not an english native ^^. Anyway, I've read that they are a good replica (and better than the last ones), I've got the original Sordin headsets, I'm waiting for a friend that wants buy ones to compare with mine.

Eh, I wasn't goin for a "total" impression, just enough to be recognizable for halloween . . . even though I'll be missin all the parties while I'm at OP Irene :D

Pretty awesome. That MOH 1st pose looks spot on to Dustys pose on the box.

Also, I'm very jealous of your beard. I'm one of those people who cant grow a thick one. Haha.

Of course the best thing to ware over your MC is......

-CP Range Vest-

(I'm too lazy to take pics of mine)

I've got one on the way but I'd better wait and see how it sits before I go ordering things thinking I can mount them in the angled side PALS. It would be nice to see some photos of people using one for a chest rig, and what pouches they're running with.

Since you happen to have some, don't the Ten Speed pouches seem perfect for the range vest?
