Just mounted my CASV from egzil (a mere 24 hours after I paid for it):

Still a work in progress, waiting for the 600C Scout Light, UBR, and MIAD. I was going to spray the CASV black, but the two-tone look is growing on me--I may just leave it and get the grip and stock in FDE.

I'm currently using a VLTOR flash hider with a CCW adapter, when I find the original FH the gap between the HALO and the gas block will be gone.

Well, that's certainly one of a kind.

I love it, although, the CASV makes it look so robust, not to mention that fat red dot, and the TD grip kinda throws it off balance.

Just my 2 cents

I agree that it's a bit front heavy (even without the light), that's the main reason I'm getting a UBR. As for the grip looking too delicate, it's getting a full MIAD kit.

Puding, how did you install your DD RIS II MK18? You don't have any gap between your upper receiver rail and your RIS II. I have a WOC, and with the outer barrel design (the lips at the base of the barrel), it creates a gap with RIS IIs'...

Almost looks like the one I will do soon.

But I will directly get the 12' Larue from King Arms. And put an UBR, and the VFC bipod.

I am really impressed with the KA one actually....installed in a snap compare to the Madbull DD and the Madbull Noveske, full trades, and looks really clean. The rail is a tiny bit narrow, so the panel will be a tad loose by themselves, but if you install a bunch of them in a row(like XTM) the slack will be taken up....And no problem if your QD mount can adjust its tension like the LR or the TD QD mount...
