Hispeed1
Only a 416 upper, and some SF used to play with those since a looooong time. Â True, but we sure don't get too many pics of those. lolz. Â

Hispeed1
Latest iteration of my kit, with the new PTW. Â Nice, which PTW-Systema? Are you gonna dust it with tan spray paint? I remember that you had a tan AEG right? Â
skyflash
It's an M4A1 2008 challenge kit. Â Well for the dust, that's the question. Maybe yes, maybe not... will see
The Crunchy Bunny
As always, your kit is great skyflash, but may I ask, why do you have the Confederate Flag patch if your not American? Seems kinda odd to me.

binarypunisher
One is probably for riding in a vehicle.
reaper16
OMG GAIZ! AM NO RAIL SYSTEM !!!! NOOO!!S Â Sorry....had to. At any rate, Is it cosher to have a 416 upper on a standard AR lower for SF? or is this a no no, what I mean is, do they only have 416 uppers or are they running the entire H&K weapons system? As im looking for a new upper for my CA m4. Â Thanks in advance Reaper
Lerch
US Army SF, Afghanistan-I see 2 M9 holsters on him. One on his chest and another leg holster. Pic from mp.net. He was one of the guys securing the bomb site in Kabul near the US Embassy that took the lives of 6 Italian soldiers and 10 civilians. Â Note that the chest mount is empty, so he's not gonna be dual wielding Beretta's nothing fancy though, like binarypunisher said, one is for riding. Drop leg holsters get caught on alot when you're in an APC, so a chest mount is ideal to keep it out of the way. However I myself prefer keeping my sidearm at arms length when possible. binarypunisher
Its also real hard to draw from a drop leg while seated.
Chevieblazer
OMG GAIZ! AM NO RAIL SYSTEM !!!! NOOO!!S Â Yup, if he was an airsofter, he`d get flamed without end for that
Hispeed1
Just wanted to credit the direct source of the pics: S. Sgt. Michael R. Noggle, USASOC News Service.  US Army SF training, MK 18 (M4 CQBR B2), looks like he has a Tru-Spec combat shirt and not the regular Massif combat shirt. Rig ID please-Eagle CIRAS or plate carrier with cumberbund, can't see it too well:  US Army SF with SCAR-L training:    *Pics from mp.net  Wonder when we'll see US SOF with AOR2 in the open like that.  IronWolf: Merged Hispeed1's posts together Edited September 26, 2009 by IronWolf
Titleist
It's an eagle PC with cummerbund. Not the CIRAS.
Hispeed1
It's an eagle PC with cummerbund. Not the CIRAS. Â Thanks, t'was my second guess-couldn't see. I've been seeing the EI PCC in a lot of pics lately.
matfar
Thanks, t'was my second guess-couldn't see. I've been seeing the EI PCC in a lot of pics lately. Cause EPC is in the SFLCS kit. Â And it's a home made combat shirt, not the truspec one.

atomicaardvark
Lookin' good, only a couple things I picked out that I'd change: mysl1 - the patch on your left shoulder (the reference pics show no patches other than US full colour IR flags and callsign patches), skyflash (well, at least some of your team mates from that JSOTF-A pic): kneepads (Hatch?) should be Arc'teryx kneecaps really if it's a 2009 impression. Just two things I spotted that didn't really sit well with the reference pics available, but other than that the impressions look very good.
