alston251
About the Magpul Receiver: I just got the info from AB: the price is US$ 417, and this is a limited run of 100 pieces  That's not a bad as the prime. But i doubt i can get any in Hong Kong. Have you asked them about the P-mags?

Carsten
About the Magpul Receiver: I just got the info from AB: the price is US$ 417, and this is a limited run of 100 pieces pff,.. 420$? as said above, thats f.. b... Â
somegirls
Yeah, total bogus. I will never ever spend more money on just a reciever than the actual gun costs. Â All those bodies for the Western arms are around $200, most less. Â And about the P-Mags: Â I guess anyone who knows how to operate a dremel and a screwdriver can build his WE M4 mag core into a real steel P-mag. Â I don't think I will ever buy any TSC product again, since 95% of their stuff either doesn't work at all (enhanced recoil buffer) or ist badly made and need a lot of filing or whatever (KAC style trigger guard). Â And I already heard that their 12" and 10" barrel wobble and need a boatload of filing. Â PMC makes great parts for the WE M4. I got a charging handle, a barrel, anti-rotation pins you name it and all those products are perfect, fit and work flawlessly. Â Oh, and since we're talking about it. I haven't seen even one picture of these "limited" LaRue recievers yet. Edited August 19, 2009 by somegirls
alston251
Yep i agree on TSC. I'm the one who wasted i don't know how much on a Noveske gas block and a 12" inch barrel. It even said full LaRue Markings. Which was a tiny LaRue sign on the tip of the barrel. And on top of that they don't even fit. Â The only things i got from them that works are the mag plates. I've seen people with their match triggers. They look cool but hope they work. Â As of the P-Mags being made by tactical limited: Who's tactical limited? I hope the P-Mags they make have the same strength as the AEG ones at leset. And doesn't leak. Even if you do a speed reload. Chris Costa style. Nazio
pff,.. 420$? as said above, thats f.. b... Isn't it ? I dont blame anybody who wish to pay such amount of money for receivers. However personaly I think this is ridiculous, and I am not going to be ripped off, even if this would be 1 - 10 limited edition worldwide. @somegirls - PMC ? Nazio
Thank You somegirls. Another question - Last week i've bought Magpul PTS CTR stock. Fited it on buffer tube, and this thing almost wont move along. I have to use a lot of force to change its positions. What might be the problem ? alston251
Doesn't it only go one way? The wiki saids you can only knock it out from the top.
Manu le maboul
That's right, it'll only come out from the top (punched from the bottom) . I've already re-glued mine 4 times .
alston251
Have you tried mixture glues? The ones where you need to mix 2 together. Â Or you can try stick magic i suppose. Â Or UHU glue? Â Hot glue gun glue? Â Screw cement? Not loc-tite. Edited August 20, 2009 by alston251
chris u'5
You knock it out from the bottom to the top. Â Use a pin punch or suitably size allen key and tap it with a hammer. Edited August 20, 2009 by chris u'
somegirls
You knock it out from the bottom to the top. Use a pin punch or suitably size allen key and tap it with a hammer.  right, if you look closely at the pin, you see where that star-shaped end is.  anyways, I did what I did twice already, I shortened the spring and now it stays on... for now.
