Azubi
Anyone saw the news? In Spain hurling vulgarities at, and insulting your boss, is no longer grounds for dismissal. Good. If managers are happy to insult employees and hurl vulgarities at them, then they should have to accept it back.
Silent_Assassin
Good. If managers are happy to insult employees and hurl vulgarities at them, then they should have to accept it back. Well they [the managers] shouldn't in the 1st place, thats bullying and harrasment. Not only is it against pretty much every companies working policy's its also a criminal offence. But its still a win at slagging your boss right back Josh
Punkypink
According to the Spanish court's ruling, to cuss and swear in an argument is a Spanish social norm, so it is no grounds for dismissal.
Azubi
That will be bypassed by the management saying that it isn't an argument, it was a civilized discussion between boss and employee before the brutish and barbaric employee decided to swear. Hence why he/she should be hung, drawn and quartered.

BrooklynBorn
Bit late, but he said she EFF's up the simplest of tasks. Grounds for firing you right there. Also, insubordination. It's like walking up to your boss and oing "You fat f*ck" and walking away. You're fired
