Would you want her working for you?

Anyone saw the news? In Spain hurling vulgarities at, and insulting your boss, is no longer grounds for dismissal.

 

 

Good. If managers are happy to insult employees and hurl vulgarities at them, then they should have to accept it back.

Well they [the managers] shouldn't in the 1st place, thats bullying and harrasment. Not only is it against pretty much every companies working policy's its also a criminal offence.

 

But its still a win at slagging your boss right back ;)

That will be bypassed by the management saying that it isn't an argument, it was a civilized discussion between boss and employee before the brutish and barbaric employee decided to swear. Hence why he/she should be hung, drawn and quartered.

Bit late, but he said she EFF's up the simplest of tasks. Grounds for firing you right there. Also, insubordination. It's like walking up to your boss and oing "You fat f*ck" and walking away. You're fired
