swannie_2006
Hey guys, I have been looking for a holster that would allow me carry a pistol with a light attached to it. I am not a big fan of Safariland holsters (don't hate me for that) and did not have the heart to shell out some serious "greens" for a SERPA holster and a Blackhawk light that goes with it. I read that RedWolf started to stock Blade-Tech holsters with light carrying capabilities. My questions: - is a Blade-tech paddle holster worth 90USD ? - they seem to be having holsters for TLR-1 lights. I only have a replica X200. Would I be able to use the holster with that light ? Thanks
allizard
I got their 1911 drop leg holster, they are very good. Also very expensive.
BigAl
've got a Bladetech I bought of an LAPD Patrolman, he used it for years and I have used it for two more. They are veru good holster and iirc one of the originators of the solid molded holster concept. They are also the oem supplier of sheaths to alot pf knife naufacturers, As for the Light Mounted holster I suspect they will only take the model they are intended for, but dor confirmation of this try e mailing Bladetech. TANGO91
Another sugestion is you could get the SERPA that takes the light and then the clone light. Holster: http://www.opticsplanet.net/blackhawk-leve...os-nt-4145.html Light: http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog/produ...roducts_id=1792 Please not I have not tried this but im pretty sure they should work seeing as the Double Eagle light is a clone of the Night-Ops Xiphos NT
Wayneard3413
Bladetech is good to go... You also might want to look at Raven Concealment There will be a bit of wait time there since they custom make each holster for your weapon/light combination but they are IMO the best non-retention holsters on the market
