lambolurker
Thanks, WGC shop is where I bought it fiddle, It's nice that you have the trades untouched. What did you tell WGC to use to cover trades and yet be recoverable? Also, which shipping company did you use? Thanks in advance!!!

Vercingetorix
Just sold my trusty RS Vltor EMOD to a local player today, and ordered up an FDE ACS and Extended butt-pad from Magpul direct. First Magpul stock I've ever owned Their new website is amazingly simple and awesome, I really feel for you European guys not being able to use it Anyone have any ideas as to how to fit a lipo and EF-SW-Cheetah mosfet in it? I am thinking either A) drilled a hole through the stock to the storage compartment thing so the wires can go through there and leaving the FET in the compartment, which is easily accessible through the hinge door, then drilling another hole through to route the deans connector in the stock where the lipo will be. or cut some slits in the batter storage tubes to just leave the lipo in there, but I am thinking the wiring will be too tricky. My question is, will bullet connectors to easily detach the mosfet to remove the stock greatly increase electrical resistance? Or will it be insignificant and not reduce ROF at all? reaper16
At racing, Best looking AFG/Gun combo ive ever seen, that this is gorgeous I love Larue rails, I have one on the way right now.

What BUIS are you using on the first one? Real or replica? If replica, where did you come across them? It's very similar to a build I'm working on, and I like how it looks! RacingManiac
Replica Troy by King Arms. I think I bought them as a set from Redwolf....
fiddlesticks4220
Have you ever compared them to the G&P replica's?
RacingManiac
nope....They costs less, they hold their zero on the GBB, so its good enough for me....

The Cheetah MOSFET has screw down blocks to attach the MOSFET to the loom and you can just unscrew it when you need to. A dab of solder on the ends of the wires will stop them fraying. CplHicks
Few pics of the ACM Magpul body Waiting to get my lower back New charging handle fitted
aznriptide859
You know the RIS is not going to meet up w/ the rail of the upper, right?
CplHicks
I'm not using the ACM upper for this due to that reason.

Yeah, I knew about the screw down terminals (I own two of the Cheetahs), but I didn't think to add a bit of solder to hold the wires together, I wasn't sure if it'd still work properly (not very electrically knowledgeable ). Thanks man! Just ordered a new MIAD FDE Gen 2. grip kit and intellect stock tube lipo. Cannot wait to have something to post in here. somegirls
Dude, a black AFG would look just awesome on your nice gun.
quiksilver6184
I'm really starting to think about getting one. I really just threw the VFG on there to take up some real estate. I was looking a a G&P stubby grip, but that AFG is looking better every time I look at it.
-=OGGY=-
I vote stubby VFG over the AFG. Either that or a Magpul VFG when it comes out. Edited January 25, 2010 by -=OGGY=-
fiddlesticks4220
AFG really wont fly with that light set up.
Genome
@quiksilver: lol whats the 5% that needs to be done? I have a magpul project and that looks very similar to what I would be looking for but yours seem to be done in my eyes
quiksilver6184
I am having a compression issue. Not quite sure what the source is, but I am ordering a Prometheus bucking this coming weekend. I want to get a Dytac Scar flash hider and suppressor, another box of PMags, and some ranger plates. Then it will be 100% in my eyes.
bbondaloose
Anyone have any updates on the PTS EMAG's release date? Also, will they be cheaper then the regular PMAG's? Sorry if it's been answered before, but I can't find anything that answers my questions recently.
Genome
@quik Where do you get your pmags? I have bought 2 for now to try them out and they are incredible, got them at ehobbyasia.
