TheFull9 Posted March 7, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 CASVs are sometimes better setup with the rails left on even if you're just going to put covers on them, to my mind anyway. The central body of the system that the rails bolt to is largely smooth and not conducive to a good gripping surface. Also it will depend on the size of your hands, some will prefer removing the rails in order to get a nice narrow grip, whereas others might find it more comfortable widening the handguard. Husker Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 thanks guys. The body is a King Arms and I believe the ambi mag release is a King Arms as well, though I could be wrong with that. It has been a while since I purchased the release. The scope is actually a leapers. It's a 1-4x24. It's fantastic, it is a good red dot, than with the move of a dial a scope with ACOG magnification. It will be moving to paint soon though, as I would like my REECE rifle to blend in with the area I am doing the recon in. Link to post Share on other sites

I have a prs stock I bought off some dude that came with no mounting harware (buffer tube or anything) I heard a prs stock can take an A1 buffer tube, my question is does anyone know a good site to get a buffer tube and/or related mounting hardware for a prs stock?
