ollie_ty
WOAH Those G36Ks have Bipods! I thought it was only the flull sized ones that could have them
EverReadyEverWil
So is it possible to put a Harris style bipod on the G36L handgaurd? I have way too much FPS on this thing so I wanna turn it into a sniper type rifle.
Skarclaw
It won't clip right on, you'll need a 20mm rail or something. The bipods above are speical g36 bipods. Edited November 7, 2007 by Skarclaw

Skarclaw
Get a rail then, harris does attach to a rail right?
EverReadyEverWil
No... a stud of some sort, I just didnt know if the L handguard had it.
FELDJAGER
All you need is a stud, washer, and nut to fit in one of the bottom vents of the handguard.
ferretkiller
Get a rail then, harris does attach to a rail right? The Typical Harris style attaches to a stud. To get it on a rail you need something like this http://www.uncompany.com/pageproductdetails.asp?prodid=7861 I just looked on UnCo, i thought i had remembereed seeing a variant that would directly attach to a rail but i could not find it. Some guns and handguards come with those studs or holes that lett you attach a stud to it. If not you will have to get one in there but drilling a hole and tapping it for the stud. Out of all of the bipods that i have used none are as nice as the harris style.

azn_tomato
and yea there is no bottom rail so the bi-pod and grip aren't actually mounted..
Vercingetorix
where did you get the EOTech lens protector?
Llama
From a member of the airsoftbrugge forum. But I don't know where he gets it from. The best way to get one is to make it yourself. Although I heard Land Arms is going to start producing them aswell for a price of around 12 euros. Don't know when they'll hit the shops though.
R3load
Me and my mates g36k's The one on the left is mine btw, posted some pictures of it a couple of months back. (apologies about the vomit - color painjob on Llama's picture, but that is due to the flash of the camera.) Expecting an SL-8 aluminium short rail to arrive any day now, so I'll be posting some pics very soon. Edited November 13, 2007 by R3load
Skarclaw
Could anybody with the "KSK" aluminum rail please give me the dimensions of it, specifically the length of it and the height of the front part. Thanks.
galactica
that's really nice...i'm going to make one of those for myself...I don't like the high carry handle/scope so was planning to keep the C's rail for my Eotech. NICE! (i'm gonna krylon mine up in multicam-esque design, I think)
