As you can see, the outer barrel takes away a huge chunk of plastic.

Oh that sling attachment isn't in the kit. it does come with 2 rail panels and a fore grip.

But I changed that to Magpul panels and a TM fore grip.

You'll need a laptop hard drive too.

The wireless camera runs off a 9v PP3, though you could probably run it off an 8.6v NiMH but check it's votage before you try lest you damage the camera.

The reciever runs off 12v so a sealed lead acid from maplins does the trick.

The hard drive case runs of 5v exactly! Do not try using NiMH or any other battery that isn't exactly 5v otherwise you'll damage it.

It draws 2A so you'll need some seriously high capacity batteries such as sealed lead acid with a linear regulator. The mains adaptor supplies 5.14v stable giving you an idea of what voltage you need to hit.

A friend of mine is going to supply me with some 12v 7Ah batteries for me to use along with a linear regulator. Remember the current is 2A!

After an hour recording, the hard drive automatically saves the avi file and starts a new one.

NeoVeNoM, is that RIS unit... Plastic or Metal... and Brand :P

Nice setup :)

Since this is the G36 picture thread I believe you are referring to my G36c.

It's a G&G G36C RAS kit. And of course metal. :)

If you are referring to the gun on the left, it's a NitroVo rail indeed.
