That was my initial thought, the MOE just doesn't seem to work at all, the big sort of step down in size between the receiver and the front end looks pretty off, but some kind of free float rail system could work nicely. First one to CASV an AK wins a prize. Would that work? Unless by sheer chance there's an AK top rail out there which will interface with the underside of the top of the CASV I'm not entirely sure.
