Would you use this spring

Just a quick question. I was rooting through my parts box and found the spring from an Airsoft Surgeon power up rocket valve. It looks a bit crooked to me and and the ends of the spring are not perfectly perpendicular to the spring itself. I have added two photos (taken next to a 6mm allen key for scale and straightness reference); would you use this spring or chuck it as its pretty much knackered?

Throw away a spring just because its not perfectly straight? Bend it back to normal, slightly overstretch it (10%), then pop it in the toaster oven for 15~20 min at 350F. Let cool slowly. Should be good as new.

yea i'd use that, it sits in tension in the gun anyway so should work fine

Well thanks for the input guys. I did indeed use it but my gun wasn't happy with it after about the 5th shot. The internal diameter of the spring is narrower than the external diameter of the valve im using so it was a very tight fit. The gun would cycle but only enough to chamber the next round and reset the hammer; so back in went the stock spring!
