Dickens
Took some inspiration from this page and also the PX4's that come in two tone, thought it looked pretty good so i tried it myself with the results below.

Horsem4n
Oh, forgot to post this: Â Handed my incomplete project of this dolphin slided m9 to Brigg so he'd have something to do, plus, i was too lazy to finish it myself. This isnt its last itteration as he is trying to find a better frame as this one is from an old *albatross* kjw. But he did the work to re finish the slide after is was painted tan and i scraped most if that off with a knife.
Bando
i would probably kill or maim slightly to get my hands on that m9 waaantt
NonEx
What is that thing :|
FireKnife
It is the Dolphin, a M9 that has been modified to operate like a Browning lock gun. Â As you can tell by the fact that not many know about it, it was not very popular. Â Plus Beretta themselves don't like the Browning lock, hence why they don't use it at all, unlike most other companies. Â 'FireKnife'
Horsem4n
yeah, it was also the original solution to the problem Berettas had when they were in military testing: broken slides. then Beretta just made them better. Â i have an affinity for rare guns, they just appeal to me, so when i found a zeke kit up for sale, i had to get my hands on it. then had it for over a year and passed it onto a friend that had the capacity to finish it. same reason i bought a SAI glock slide and a metal tanaka SAA. hitmanNo2
A slide replacement for the M9 when the US started producing them in country with *suitcase* quality steel causing slide breakages. It never went went into proper production. I guess they realized it was easier to just use better steel... Â snowman did a pretty informative article on them. Foden_357
We definitely need more Tokyo Marui M9A1 in this thread: Â Â Â Â Â (You'll have to forgive the quality of the photos, I'm still figuring out the features of my new camera) Â I'm looking for a drop-leg holster for this piece (with the M3X weapon light attached), & I'm considering the GUARDER Tornado Tactical Thigh Holster... Â What do you guys recommend?
Shardik
Spectre Gear universal Holster.  http://www.optactical.com/spgeuntathho.html  Or an Safariland 6004, but these can be slightly iffy with replica M3x units.  The above us a badass holster, I've owned enough holsters in the past to be able to say so. It's on sale too!
hwagan
Silenced M9A1 makes me happy to the face... Although the adapter is frikkin' ugly when the can isn't on there. Oh well. Â Â
hitmanNo2
There's just something about 92s and suppressors. Easily the best looking suppressed pistol.
hwagan
I agree entirely, they just look menacing..I very much like suppressed Glocks as well, but 92's just have a bit more personality I reckon. Still cycles a whole mag without a problem with the silencer fitted as well, which pleasantly surprised me.
Horsem4n
m9s dont have to have the barrel move at all when the slide cycles, so weight and obstructions dont effect them.
hwagan
m9s dont have to have the barrel move at all when the slide cycles, so weight and obstructions dont effect them. Â Â The weight of the suppressor does pull the barrel down a little and it causes a bit of friction with the slide, but it's definitely nowhere near as bad as a 1911. ncvikingx97
My KWA m9. Pre ptp  Crappy pictures  Thinking about upgrading, but I might buy a ksc glock ....
Deinhardt
Feeling a major lack of M1934 in this thread:Made by western arms this realy takes pocket pistol to another level! Slimmer and smaller in profile than a ppk/s with the same magazine capacity its the perfect belt buckle gun!
