That thing reminds me of the MGS2 M9 Tranquilliser. Basically, DO WANT.

 

That's because it is the M9 Tranquiliser from MGS2 :P

 

Either way it is still pretty awesome to see, but I am not sure how good it would be as an on and off slide lock for GBB and NBB firing.

This won't work on a GBB because the valve won't close and all the gas would go off.. 

On the RS it would prevent the shell from beeing ejected (in combination with subsonic ammunition pretty quiet), there was a similar function on the MK23 prototyp.

All metal externals are Ti plated. Outer barrel is also aluminium made aftermarket part. 

 

Ti plating can make many colors. silver, gold, metallic red, blue, purple.. and many others.

 

Yes sequence was Cu - Cr - Ti.

 

Do you know which company makes the aluminium outer barrel for the KSC M9? Thanks.
