Titleist
so that calls for a rewiring job? where does the motor sit? I wish they made a M-21 conversion kit. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The manual shows how to rewire, and the motor sits above the pistol grip.

svenbodybuilder
Thinking of selling my M14 maks me sick but i do love CA M249s <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ya I already miss the m14 but my ca249 will make up for it only 3 days left :) :) But by him selling it allowed a certain someone such as.... myself to get into the brotherhood! Thanks again bud, I'm going start doing some upgrades to the internals very soon . <{POST_SNAPBACK}> shes always been crying for an m3 cant you see it? I would recomend the G&P and maybe a gaurder ftk.
TheRabbit
that is just a fullstock sling adaptor, you can order them by themselves or with the sling. It wraps around the stock and across the back, i think they cost like $5.
Badly Browned
My updated M14, for DMR purposes. A bit of a small scope compared to some of the others in this thread. As you can see, the paint is chipping on the grip and the stock where I rest my cheeck. I am going to touch it up with more layers of paint soon.
Titleist
Next time use a coat or two of clear coat, then use some steel wool to remove the shininess, it'll help a lot in protecting the paintjob without making it glossy.
Badly Browned
Cool, i'll try that, this was my first paintjob, and I never really painted stuff like this before. I'll take all the tips I can get.
Titleist
No problem, use the krylon camo paint, do 2-3 coats, do LIGHT dustings otherwise it'll apear patchy. Then use the clear coat to seal it in, as I said it'll add a clear layer over the stock to protect it and also make it so it won't rub or flake off on your hands.

UrPeaceKeeper
If anyone sees these for sale at anytime, post the info here and I'll love you long time! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Red Gas M14 was made using the Hudson gas system and alot of real steel parts as well as airsoft parts. Last I heard it was a one run item made by the person in the video. The first M14 looks like a Marui M14 but with some serious stuff in it. What it is I'm unsure, I havent seen any videos of the hudson one but I thought it was externally powered ? ? ? Or do mags count as external?
vietnammarine
The gas ones are from www.uncompany.com , I think. And "a bit" modified to SOPMOD. There was a thread from the owner.
