Husky
so apparently there was a knock on my door today... who could that be? its sunday... a box? its way too soon to be what ithink it is... apparently i was wrong... Ordered+Paid for on Friday. Arrived on Sunday. Thank you Guns N Guys. i'm quite pleased with. just need to get an aftermarket slide with deeper trades, and stiffer recoil springs and it'll be great. Do they usually have such loose recoil springs stock?
ruchik
Yep. The KWA ones also come with a weak recoil spring. If you buy the ones with the Taiwan metal slide though, the ones with the white trades on them, they come with a stiffer recoil spring. At least my KSC USPc did. Spartan452
so your package arrived in 2 days? isn't G&G based in hong kong? did you get any special shipping?
Husky
no, didnt request any special shipping. he quoted me, i think shipping was like 30 bucks.. 2 days. which metal slide should i get? which one besides the taiwan version have white trades? are the trades on the other ones deep? Hvy gear
Best slide currently available would seem to be the one by SD (shooters design), the engravings are nice and deep and it comes in a nice finish. It costs a fair but though, almost twice as much as the gun. Theres also the G&G version but I've not heard much about it.
quiksilver6184
The G&G slides are alright. The engravings on the trademarks are not nearly as deep as the SD slides. Also, the finish and edges are not as smooth and defined.
Pdubyuh
I got myself a USP compact at the weekend (this thread made me want one in the first place) and i'm looking for a nice taclight for her, my Google fu seems to be letting me down, can anyone point me in the right direction ? Oh yes i dont really want to spend more on the light than the gun. cheers
Hvy gear
Just a note, in less you get a real deal H&K or surefire light designed for the USP I'm pretty sure you're going to have to get a 20mm rail adapter as Ksc copied the real deal rail irregularity.
ruchik
I think that's true for all USP's. You need an adapter to use a weaponlight that wasn't specifically designed for the USP.
The Big Bad
you moan now about it. but if it had been altered you would moan it wasn't like real steel
Hvy gear
Who's moaning?, I'm not moaning at all, just simply stating the facts for someone who has asked a question.
Mashed-Potatoes
They are not the same. KSC USP compact mags do not work in the USP .45 or the Mk23. USP .45 mags do not quite fit in the Mk23 either. Hi, I was wondering about the threaded barrel and silencer adapter. Can you just screw the adapter into the barrel and attach the suppressor onto it so it looks like you have an extended threaded barrel or do you have to have the adapter screwed into the suppressor? Thanks.

azngoonie313
Hi everyone, this is my KWA USPc. I decided to use a low lighting. with bright lighting:
crackisbad
that looks so badass all battle-worn mucho grassy *albatross* i am trying to decide if i should get a new slide with trades, but i really like how this looks worn in. and as i will be using it for a side arm, if i do get a new slide, it'll end up looking like that again probably. and im not sure i want something i spent $150+ on (more than what i paid for the gun ) getting that worn.
