Grey_Fox
I finished mine yesterday. So far it has a Shooters Design USP.45 Tactical side at 16mm and a bobbed hammer (from USP Compact). I want to buy some things to complete my beauty. upgraded springs a 6.01mm inner barrel a set of tritium sights an M2 UTL and maybe I will fix a custom ambidextrous deckocking level. I will post pics later this day because now my connection is at 56k and does not work good. Edited January 26, 2008 by Grey_Fox
Grey_Fox
Ok here are some pics. Sorry for the poor quality in some of them.  http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/3190/dsc02518ty2.jpg  http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/7432/dsc02533am5.jpg  http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/2276/dsc02536oy5.jpg  http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/1392/dsc02526un9.jpg  The stains are from the silicone oil. I like the pistol very much and I think it's more tactical with the bobbed hammer.
Husky
kudos grey fox. i like it with the bobbed hammer! the decocker works as well, right? Nice piece.
Grey_Fox
Yes the decocker works fine. Its a very simple line of 5-6 metal plates the whole thing that controls all the cocking-decocking-firing mechanism. I also found that if you hit hard the decocker in the KSC USP line it tends to go above the safety by it self because of the inner spring. Its the same in my USPT and my USPC. Husky
yea i've found that too, if you just let go of the decocker atthe bottom, it snaps up into safe.

sekiryu
Random question: Will a KSC USP .45 magazine fit in a KSC USPc?
Sarge133
Yes it will. Just not the other way around. Atleast it should. I don't see any reason why not. Â EDIT: I stand corrected. Edited January 30, 2008 by Sarge133
AliceHKfan
very very no  edit: double stack .45 is much bigger than double stack 9mm and you will not get a full size USP mag into any USP Compact and have it feed iirc.

oxford
No problem mate, it is a Streamlight M2 UTL:  quite cheap from here: http://www.mydiscountstation.com/firearm-a...t/prod_642.html  Have to say, kicks out just as much light as my surefires, very good indeed. sekiryu
*fruitcage* it, I'll just get a USPc and sell off my USP .45 mags.
Grey_Fox
In real USPs you cant even fit a USP.45 mag in the USPC.45 as the compact's fame is "slimline".
sekiryu
On the topic of mags, how many of you guys have had problems with leaky mags? All 3 of my USP 45 mags leaked like hell, and I had to seal them up with silicone sealant. I had to seal one up twice!
Stangace
I've got 3 mags and only one of mine leak
Romulus
I had two USP .45 mags that never stopped leaking. I have two USPc mags that have never leaked at all. Â I really do think that there is something screwy in the USP .45 mag design.
NeoVeNoM
Has anyone ever tried it, or is this all speculation? Because airsoft magazines are rarely proportionate to the real thing. Â Â I have both, and the answer is no. They are not interchangeable (I thought I mentioned that somewhere?) As for the leakages. Don't use propane, it dries your GBB out. use Greengas, since it contains silicon oil, or somthing like it. I never had any problems so far. but then again I have nothing but hi-flow valves.
