Russian Combat Gear I am still waiting for an order placed over 60 days ago. Stan from RCG say's that the order has shipped but hell did it ship by camel. I am sick and tired of waiting they where happy to take my $400 bucks fast but not my order. :angry:

3. I write them one email each day trying to figure out why they haven't sent me anything confirming my payment and by the 30th,I haven't heard anything from them for 3 days, so I call them up and see if they have recieved my payment. They say they have not and they need to check and send me this email:

4. The following night I give them another call and Jill says she forgot to check. They send me this:

5. I call them again on the night of June 1 asking why it is taking them a week to check paypal online which takes 5 min. just to confirm my payment. Jill says she will do what she can, and sends me this:

I call them up again, to see what was going on, informed them I don't want the tanaka m700p instead of the m24. Jill says to give her until Monday to see if she can locate an m24 for me.

 

8. Monday comes and I get this in my email:

9. I am still waiting for my refund. It is now June 5th. Within days is apparently longer than I thought it would be. Order from Airsoft Market if you want, but don't expect them to be quick about anything. I'll let you know if they ever refund my money back.

Red wolf affectively stole my gun

 

Hey, first off I apologize for being new to these forums this may not be the right place to post this, but it’s the most reinvent area I could find.

 

On to business

 

Over 3 months ago I ordered a Winchester from red wolf airsoft. I received A Winchester but it was the wrong model (I ordered a long black version, they shipped the short silver “Randle custom”) I contacted them, sent it back after they told me they would sent me the correct gun. That was 3 months ago. Emails went un-answered or ignored, and I’m down $300 (. I sent them one last email before righting this message.

I will update this post if my situation ever changes, but I’m not sure it will.

 

I’ve been around the “airsoft block” a few times. I have ordered over seas before. I know it doesn’t take this long to ship something and get it thru customs.

 

Normally they are a good retailer… but I am down $300 thru no fault of my own. Think twice before ordering from them. As this is not excitable customer service.

Bought three bags of BBs from them... i know its not a huge amount but its the principle that matters...

 

Sent in the region of 30 emails and left countless messages on their contact numbers.... have yet to get any replies..

 

complete thiefs... i am not the only one who has had trouble with them - i have read countless accounts of people who have been cheated by the fellow who runs sas airsoft....

 

avoid atall costs!

Airsoftmall are an ebay company,

 

Avoid

 

Was just buying a cheapo springer but after I agreed to buy they added a massive shipping cost, way over priced.

 

The initial price was low obviously to lure me in.

 

Tried sending them 3 messages, no reply, then they threatened me with non payment strikes etc., automated.

 

No replys to any messages for a week.

 

Then I opened a dispute and left two responses, both ignored, then I receive a non payment infraction with no communication.

 

Then feedback accusing me of being pushy, communicating perhaps? Trying to get a free item? Not paying the huge fee they tacked on after?

 

Then I let them know I would put out a few reviews about them online and I got a request to remove feedback :P

 

Well that just proves they were bullies trying to get me to pay with little threats of my feedback.

 

Well I dont care heres a review of them, avoid, even for the cheapest buys. NO communication at all, only threats, similar story in other reviews, real low quality gear purely for the quick buck.

 

AIRSOFTMALL - overpriced shipping, no communication, threats, lies, backdown with any threat of exposing their actions with reviews.

 

Ebay seller airsoftmall, avoid if you dont like being threatened or lied about for not paying what they want.

WGC Shop...placed an order, money and everything went through.

 

Get an e-mail 3 days later, telling me they sold out of said item. (It's also listed Discontinued.)
