Problem with spare parts

Hi everybody: i m a customer from Redwolf airsoft since i start in this game/hobby.

last year to buy a ARES SCAR-L on the page and beginning of the year I had an accident and the stock of the SCAR broke.

I send an email to the company that manufactured, but referred me back to the store, and since March I wait to send me replacement parts. We regularly send emails to customer service, where Andy Ho (and previous Benny Chui) just said "we keep you informed", but I think it takes no more than six months to get a piece.

Can Anyone help me , because i can not play without my rifle
