TheFull9
It's actually quite decent I'd recommend keeping it where it is as much as possible though. I've had one for a while and because it's basically an XT cover in terms of how it attaches (but shorter and made of tougher plastic) getting it on and off rails repeatedly was always a pain in the *albartroth* for me. Certainly without using tools to avoid messing up your expensive rail systems at least.

Agent Hunk
Anyone know which spec ARES uses on their M4 buffer tube. Trying to figure out which MOE stock to buy.
Chevieblazer
@ Hunk: If I'd have to guess, I'd say commercial, since it's got a larger diameter than most other buffer tubes Noveske, that China Doll of yours is just awesome. Same goes for the tactical Santas, especially the Masada on the far right
TheFull9
Anyone know which spec ARES uses on their M4 buffer tube. Trying to figure out which MOE stock to buy. I've read a few times that ARES AEG bodies take RS buffer tubes, and no one mentioned commercial spec so I'd reckon they must be mil spec.
Vercingetorix
Ask USCMcorps, Hunk. I think he used a Mil-Spec Vltor tube on his ARES SR-25.

TheFull9
Figured it's about time I put some more stuff in here that isn't an AR-15. The old AGM. FPG now complete, there isn't really much more I can do to it now.

TheFull9
Just Krylon, bit more skirmish practical now that it's not a big slab of black. Removed the upper shroud and stock, base coat of OD, then grabbed a few shoots off a pine tree in the garden and gave it stripes of tan and brown. I did it with the 2 parts laid down as if it was folded though, should make a bit more sense in that position.
