worstbullet
I have a high rate of fire on my gun( high 20's). I have my gun set up so the fps is pretty low so if you do get hit from more than one bb it won't hurt as much. I think a high rat of fire is some times good because everyone at my field was complaining that this new kid wasn't calling his hits, so when I shot him he called his hit very quickly. Now i don't go lighting up everyone just a quick burst, but if they dont call their hit they get unloaded on. So there are pros and cons to it.
Extraordinaire
I believe there should be guidelines, but actual rules for this? I don't think so. It should be learned that enough is enough. One might call this playing roughly and action is usually placed against these people. Deliberately lighting someone up is very uncalled for, but there shouldn't be rules against being hit multiple times.
