DiscoBiscuit
I admire the way TK makes stuff he likes, just wish he didn't like this thing so much.
Rob15
I like it a lot. Ditto on that, I was looking around for the TK after seeing it in a copy of Guns Digest but outside of Japan they seem very rare, and $700 or so converted from JPY at the time! Too much to buy without knowing there are plenty of spares imo, the KJ is far more reasonable but the tacticool stuff does put me off
NeoVeNoM
a bit more pics and info here.
Horsem4n
woot! the revival of a great GBBR. my shop is supposed to get some in march. definitely going to rape it with some magpul stuff, plus do some other questionable things...
baggard
WARNING: this thread contains a pimped out 10/22 Â It is confirmed by the OP in that thread that the KJ KC-02 is indeed the TK system with improved materials. Since this is using the TK system, real stocks should supposedly work.
Horsem4n
awwwww... it still looks bad... Â i hate the hump from the stock to the receiver. just makes it look bad in general to me. Â meh, i can fix that with the addition of some skillfully crafted epoxy and a section of rail to meet up with the rest. lake it look like a high tube stock adapter instead of the lower one. Â honestly hate that hump, but really want the rifle...
Break100
i expected something new from kjw but not this one, sigh.
frogfish
baggard good news, I can see one of these in my near future with some nice target stocks too.
danielsilva
If the price is right im gonna buy one of these. Â And tbh that pimped out one doesn't look half bad!
renegadecow
It's listed at 10000NTD which goes for about $332USD, a bit steep considering you could get something like the WEG39 for considerably less. But if you really must have a 10/22, getting a $700 TK is your only other choice. I'm already thinking of making a Ruger Charger out of one, but the price point is keeping it a "maybe". I paid ~600€ for my AW-338 back in the day so .....
Rob15
$275 at RA-Tech, not too bad... Â http://en.ratech.com.tw/product/html/agent_product/gas_product/kj/agent_pro_g_kj_detail/agent_pro_g_kj_detail_01.php

From here i can get it for 8275 NT, which is just 265.00+ USD. Don't know where you got that O_O
Shadow_Ocelot
I would love one of these guys, but I would want the normal wooden stock for it. I don't know why, the tactical just doesn't look all that great and I would want this for some type of civilian kit if I had one. Can we get some other players to dress up like rabbits and ducks and run around while we shoot them with these guys?
renegadecow
Don't know where you got that From the link to Guarder/Intrudershop the OP put up. $265 makes more sense to me now, any word on magazine prices?
baggard
From the link to Guarder/Intrudershop the OP put up. $265 makes more sense to me now, any word on magazine prices? Â Nope, but I do know that the original TK 10/22 mags cost 1550 NT (51.00+ USD). The KJ mags would be supposedly and hopefully cheaper.
Horsem4n
i fount the stock im going to replace it with: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/RGR080-1.html  then im going to hook it up with a UBR stock, hand rest grip, DD rail (or some other cool RIS kit) and some other accessories. hopefully it comes out cool or i may just have to take my dremmel to it and epoxy the damned parts onto it. Bleaumaglite
I dig it. I loved my KJW M4, and if I weren't buying a PTW this would be on my list of things to buy.
DangerWerx
Pseudo M1 Carbine anyone? Â http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/10-22-m1-carbine-conversion-wood-stock.aspx?a=704923 Â I was looking to buy one for my real 10/22... But an airsoft m1 carbine sounds so much better = )
renegadecow
That's just a bit weird. If you want an M1 carbine, Marushin just re-released their M1 and M1 carbine (also the M2) but in 6mm. The Garand is still expensive, but the carbine is decent at $460 (all wood). DangerWerx
If I got the kit, I could swap between my 2. Â A little off topic, but a link for the marushins?
Andyjp
Well, I'll be the guinea pig. Â Took the plunge and ordered one from RATech along with 4 spare mags. Â Email them about spare mags, they're not listed on their site but are available for $30 a pop. Â Â I'll put up a review, etc. for you guys when it gets in! Â Â
renegadecow
A little off topic, but a link for the marushins? They don't have it listed in their products page yet, but its been on their main page for a while now. http://www.marushin-kk.co.jp/
t_hum
I've wanted one of these for quite some time albeit I was always deterred by the prie of the TK. Given the quality of the KJW/TK M4 I would expect good things here. Long mags would be great though.
