I must say when I ordered they did say the EST time was september, however it was a pre-order and infact it was not just them but other retailers that were awaiting shipments as well. I constantly asked for updates on my order and everytime I got a reply sometimes within hours sometimes within 2 days max. Great Service. From what I understood once I paid I was entitled a refund (I read fine print) and they offered me one in every email. I was cautious of ordering from them to begin with due to people speaking of bad service but when the AEG I wanted was 140$ cheaper than everyone else thanks to coupons, I could'nt pass it up. I had overall great service from them and would reccomend them to anyone. Bottom Line: Great Service; Good Prices. Link to post Share on other sites
