msx361 Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 Hi guys recently put in an expensive order in with Boomarms and ive heard nothing at all back from them. I have ordered from them before and i normally get a comfirmation email, but for the last 4 or 5 days ive heard nothing. Has any one had any experiences with them or know if something has happened recently. I think he was saying that the website does always work but my order was recieved and has been posted and i got a tracking number. That said it was on a very bad line and obviously there were translation issues. But he was very polite and appologetic and said that they can get other things that arent on there website for a good price cheaper then else where. So if you are after the hard to find bits maybe he can help out? I probably wont order from them again, just because of the hassle to get a tracking number.
