How difficult would it be to put a wood full stock on it? I was told I'd need a new receiver for it. Yes, you'd need a non-folding stock AK 74 receiver. Sounds like more trouble than it's worth to be honest, I would just keep it as an AK 74m. If you want a non-folding AK just get a standard AK 74 or AKM. As far as I'm aware for conversion you'd need an LCT reciever (I don't think DBoys or CYMA do solid stock receivers as spares) and the LCT receiver would set you back a bit.
