hawaiianjuggernaut do you not find the gold on the elcan a bit "bling bling" Games workshop (if you have access, I'm sure they sell online) have a paint that matches the brown of the body really well.  That is unless you like the Steam punk feel that the gold gives it lol

SLR 8" SBR build done. Just waiting for a few accessories (sling end plate, AAC Blast Shield, Cloud Defensive LCS, and an actual working ScoutLight head) and repairing my BTC Spectre, but otherwise al

One of my latest build, a real Colt M16A1 converted for GBBR on the WA system. Stripped upper, barrel and BCG was changed to Viper Tech du to my local laws. Also a video of how it was made:

Hey all! I kind of stumbled upon this thread by accident while searching for M16A2 receiver markings on google and saw one of Catgut's amazing VT's. Which brought me here I have been working on

Haha yeah, the Chinese FDE is a little much. But its not as bad in real life. Photo coloring is making it appear a bit blingier than it really is.

Answer: all of them are Bulky

Now, on all seriousness, most eotechs, Comps4 and SRSs actually are more or less as bulky as the next one, maybe the SRS is not as bulky as the others for a small margin, but that doesnt mean it is a T1.

Now, is the clone an awesome optic? fuitcage yes! used mine again this morning in a pretty sunny day and I could see the dot without any problem. I love it to bits. Only downside is I lost the sun panel cover and I cant find spares

In fact the coolest feature during actual use is that the big *albatross* objective lens, while the SRS is a sealed reflex you still have a FOV like a open reflex even if your head/eye is aligned really badly.

Sometimes adrenaline may screw you up in the heat of the fight, plus you may have to switch to your support hand to engage behind cover, you'll find the SRS really lovely. ( okay, training and experience will fix that, by the way :P )
