steel tiger Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 Hey Guys, I need a little help with a feeding issue on a new ICS L85 Carbine. Its seems to have a feeding problem where it is not feeding like 1 in 3 on semi. It is also missing rounds on full auto like 1 in 5 or 7on full auto and every other burst it start the burst by sending 3 bb's out the barrel at the same time. I just cant seem to figure it out. I have tried 4 different companies of magazines so I have ruled that out, its running a normal 7.2 lipo so its not to fast. Any one have any ideas? I have two other ICS guns an L85, and L86 have not had this problem before. Any help would be great. Thanks guys Link to post Share on other sites
ED-SKaR Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 I had this problem from new on my 86, It is most likely ICS's poor excuse for a hop rubber. I switched mine out for a Chinese one(Its all I had avalable) and the problem went away. Link to post Share on other sites
xlizer Posted July 1, 2011 Report Share Posted July 1, 2011 I second that. I replaced my hop rubber and the problem went away. In doing so, my accuracy also improved dramatically. I don't understand how ICS can get off putting such a terrible hop rubber in such a great gun. Link to post Share on other sites
