Spotted this today on ebairsoft

No price posted yet, apparently it'll be ready at the end of the month, good news for anyone that wants the full thing instead of a madbull almost but not quite m320(hey if its good enough for the Punisher...) to finish off their Diemaco SFW or solid snake impression.

Nah, i meant the rear one - I can see the front one is folding/removable, but why not the rear one? Same deal with the HK69, I'd find the pistol grip really irritating and in the way... Although I guess the chances of losing a removable one would be pretty high..

To clear this one up once and for all:

1) The rear grip is there to stay, because (as can be deduced from the extendable stock) this launcher is meant to be easily taken off and on aagin, to be used as a standalone.

2) The MP7 style front grip is mounted on a rail that itself is mounted on the launcher rail.

Sorry to rain on some people's parade (IM sure others will be delighted because now only theyll be able to afford it and they will be "original"): Iron Airsoft products are extremely expensive, just mind the 345$ for a Larue metal body.

Do you fail to recognize Prime WA M4 receivers which run around 500+?

Iron Airsoft parts are CNC'd aluminum, their WA receivers are quite the piece of kit. I've owned an Iron Airsoft WA M4 outer barrel and a steel Triple Tap at 32 and 11 dollars respectively. If it is priced that way it is most likely justified.

OK, so? A 500$ pearl necklace might be a good deal, but it's still expensive. An F-1 car may be worth every penny it costs, but it's an expensive car. So will this launcher be, despite the quality or not.

P.S. Does CNC get you girls or what? What do you need CNC-precision on a friggin launcher, its like the simplest airsoft device there is.

Clunge-Netting-Coolness? :P

Still, if it does end up being ridiculously expensive, people will still buy it as always... Like the Ino 1911 and such, it's one of those 'No need for it to be this good or expensive but having one still makes you feel special' things.

chas, it's still being expensive, true. But don't you absolutely hate it when you buy something expensive ( let's say you've saved up for it ) and it breaks on you even when you handeled it carefully? CNC doesn't give you guarantees, but overall it should be more sturdy and less likely to break.
