The Bushman Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 I use the firefly (hard) rubber in my VSR and BAR. However, I was warned by the seller of the 2ROY kop kits for tanaka series, that the firefly would not work properly in the a tanaka gas rifle. I decided to find out myself and indeed it didn't work properly (terrible accuracy). So I used 9ball rubber instead. I think it is the better option for a gas rifle, simply as it is an air seal rubber (has a skirt) to minimise leakage. I don't actually know if the firefly won't work in a KJW.... as I have never tried it. However, I have tried the 9ball in a KJW M700 and it worked well.
