This one was a WELL G74A. This project was crazy flustrating but finally finished - and fully working.

Here is my 74UN. Had to mod the little metal piece that came with the Zenit stock, as it doesnt align with the hole on the WE receiver and also it was a little long.     Internals Orga Magnus 6.32mm

And we got more and more experiences with them.

- The WELL-made magazines has issues with the dry-fire switch. Take out the switch and file the locking arms to let them move more easier.

- The rivets need to fixed properly. If they wasn't fixed, the back part can move a lot and after time the stock hinge and the base of recoil spring guide can break appart. There are 3 broken part from around 12 G74A. I'm working hard to find a new source for replacement parts, maybe KYairsoft will help to get stock, WE part.

- The CO2 magazine work much better as the GG version. I highly recommend it. It can shoot 1.5-2 mags from one cartridge but I recommend to change the cartridge after one shooted mag.

- The FCG springs are really bad. The auto-sear spring often break, the other seems to be good. The WE auto-sear spring is ok, compatible.

- The nozzle spring was broken, clearly in all of G74A. Replace it with WE or do an own spring - we made at a specialist shop, reinforced nozzle spring, around 20 pieces.

- The hopup system work great, mine with Modify hopup rubber became to a deadly accurate gun. In CQB-situation it will hit the target, all the time.

- I ordered a lot parts to find out how compatible the WELL with the WE. I get all the stock and reinforced parts - like steel FCG parts, nozzles, etc. The following parts are tested: gas piston, internal firing switch. I will keep updated this, if you want.

- And we continue the development on our OTs-14 conversion kit. Now we have a new version with leftside charging handle, with flat trigger and with side rails. :)

Thanks for the update on the Well, Definitely interested in finding more about them, specially now that they have the 74M available. Please keep the info coming. And if you could upload the most important pics to a photo sharing service, that'd be great. All of the previous pics you uploaded were from a facebook delivery network, and are not working anymore.

As for the Groza, the left hand charging handle is an amazing idea. And maybe cutting out the original one from the bolt carrier you'll be able to really comfortably switch shoulders without having to short stroke it nor be afraid of getting your teeth smashed, which is great :D

I'm as poor as it gets right now, kind of switching jobs, but I'll certainly get one as soon as I can afford it

I ran out of free space on this forum, so you can check the photos in my Google+ album, here:

This is the newest version which came from GFC. Sadly, the stock hinge and recoil spring holder parts can easier break. I talked with KYairsoft to get this parts from WE - I asked 20-30 pieces for first time order. Mine is broken after one skirmish - around the two, side upper rivets. After it's broken, the receiver can open there or the stock can fell of - after time.

I got the replacement parts from WiiTech. I will test them on next week because I'm looking forward to get the next parcel from KYairsoft - stock and steel WE replacements. A week later I can test how compatible are the WiiTech and WE tech parts in the WELL G74-series. Stay tuned!

For example I started to my video review yesterday. I hope that I will be finished with the first episode - review about the external look, used materials and the assembly finish. I had a bad news, I haven't time to do the translation but you will saw how the G74As looks like - because I recorded two pieces.  :D

I know, you start to hate my post...but we finished the OTs-14 conversion kit. We ordered two WELL G74A to test the fitting. Now we have a new short-stroke kit which will be gift for the delux edition - standard edition + tactical front set + silencer. Because we are really serious guys, we started the conferences with the local part manufacturers. :)

You guys are doing great work. When I get some cash together I'll definitely get one of your deluxe kits and make a video review. What kind of pricing are you looking at?

I don't want to break the selling rules, I will upload them to the worldwide sales group soon - as we have few pieces for selling. This time we have one and there is a few pre-ordering for the next batch.

At this moment I focused on the new silencers - dummies for external cosmetic! If you want one of them, do a search for that guy who's name is "BbHead" on Facebook!

And here is my video about WELL G74A. If you're understand alien (hungarian), you can enjoy it. Seriously, I will translate it if I have time - not this week...

And...there are two of WELL G74A in this video.

One converted to a hyper-tactical-cool thing and the other one is my gun with Ismash rubber stock-end and with WE mag-deflector. You can see in my video-part how it works with GG or with CO2 mags - I had problem with the dry-fire stopper in one of my GG mag.

I went to Hungary last year.  I thought 'I'll learn a bit of the language, make an effort and all that'  Went to start, holy moly this looks difficult.  Hopefully they know English heh.

Off: Haha, you made my day! Yes, hungarian is extremely difficult. Why did you want to learn hungarian, did you saw a nice girl?  B)

On: We got the raw materials for the next batch and we made that decision we will order a WE AK74UN to check our kit - we WANT to release a perfect item. We got a lot request to make few modification, for example rail in the carry handle. And we made our first successfull conversion with Daytona HPA kit.

Today I talket to the other local Well G74A users. We shared our experiences and we got the same results.

- nozzle spring will break (if you didn't get it with broken spring)

- auto-sear spring isn't always broken (I got "luck" with mine)

- WELL used a plastic spacer in the lower receiver which cause the broken receiver side panels. Take it out and replace with a short-stroke kit or with a high-speed buffer (like FG-Airsoft's part). With short-stroke or with FG's spring kit your gun will work. The best if you get out the rivets, clean everything, replace the rivets and place high quality epoxy glue between the rivets and receiver!

- The stock hopup rubber isn't useless but we all recommend to replace it! Hopefully WELL also used the old, VSR-compatible barrel and hopup rubber. For me it works great with Modify, for other guy tested it with Maple Leaf Diamond.

- And the gun was restocked at taiwangun too - http://www.taiwangun.com/en/gas-2/g74a-full-metal-gbbr-well?campaign-id=14

(Haha, hungarian girls are really hot. They know a lot thing in the bed, in the kitchen and in the childroom...)

I am starting to wonder if we should setup a WELL AK GBBR (WE clone) topic because you are putting in a lot of useful information here but it is a separate brand and product.

Then again you would "have" to move the WELL AK contents over somehow...

Just a thought. It's awesome info, but technically not exactly WE AK info :P

And since you post so much you could already fill the first page of a new topic :D

My OCD guys, I apologize.
