Megalomaniac
I think just the pads should do it, as I can get a good lock front to back, and up and down, but I can turn the helmet a good few degrees just by moving my head and like 20 degrees by applying light pressure with my hands. johnc2k
Anybody know how accurate they are to real size? Im looking at getting a genuine cover, but Cryes website only lists size Medium or Large. The TMC packaging lists the helmet as M/L or L/XL. Â I guess a Medium should do it? sigma3
That's what I'm hoping for, as I ordered the same. Let you know in a few days when it comes in.

druid799
Druid, that helmet cover looks badass good job. Cheers mate , has changed a 'wee' bit' since the picture , I've added Velcro too the sides so I can put a MC welsh flag on one side and another patch on t'other side . Ballistic Tsunami Airsoft
Ditto on JK, should've ordered from EB as usual. Mine said it shipped out on the 6th.
Kunlun
ETA for MC: end january, or should I say MultiSham?  http://www.ebairsoft.com/dummy-helmet-p-5303.html  I just bought a GoPro HD Hero2 and will probably buy the Dark Earth one. I am normally a baseball cap kind of guy but assuming the helmet is light it should hopefully be a good buy   Edit: will these fit onto the Airframe replica: http://www.ebairsoft.com/side-cover-helmet-rail-p-5108.html ? druid799
Edit: will these fit onto the Airframe replica: http://www.ebairsoft.com/side-cover-helmet-rail-p-5108.html ? Sort off , I tried a set on mine . the top rail locks on fine , But as there's no descending rail there's nothing to lock it to . So I trimmed the side down and used a small strip of Velcro to hold the sides in place .
validtumoralarm
Just ordered mine from JK. I've ordered from them before so I'm confident this will show up eventually. What NVG shroud are you guys ordering for yours? Edited January 10, 2012 by validtumoralarm
sigma3
Ops-Core VAS on mine.
validtumoralarm
K, that's what I thought. I couldn't remember what it was called. Thanks! Â I canceled my order with JKarmy and will reorder from EBB as soon as I get my refund. The reports from some of you guys were making me a little uncomfortable. beta08
I would have kept the order with JKarmy... I have had nothing but good luck with them.. Â On the other hand, I got an order from EBB today. Not only did they not ship some of my items, they sent me WRONG items instead of the correct ones as well. They'll be getting an email tonight... validtumoralarm
Well, funny story. I had asked them to cancel my order, but I got a shipping notification about 90 minutes after posting that. So I sent them an email asking them to disregard my previous and continue with the shipment. I just didn't feel like spamming the thread with my own issues. Although I guess that's just what I'm doing now...
kilo_64
Just got my order in from JKArmy. Â My bucket was the 2nd shipment that JKArmy sent out and surprisingly, it came packaged in a padded box!! Â Bucket looks awesome and fits me perfectly! Â
beta08
Hah, lucky! Mine literally came in an envelope.

druid799
I got mine from ebb, but yes. Mine was in a big envelope as well . Â
Megalomaniac
Envelope also, ran it last night at a local CQB site, not bad with goggles strapped over it in terms of movement, but still needs something to pad it out, took a few bumps as I'm not used to it being there, took them well. BB hits on it are noticeable able but not TOO loud.
Banshee_Will
What is everyones head size? I haven't found any solid information to say what size these fit.
kojak
My hat size is XL or 62 or 7 3/4, and it most certainly does not fit. I can (just) get it on my melon by removing the hinge screw and moving the screws on the ARC rails to the end of their travel, but the harness is still too short. TheFull9
I'm in the M/L sort of area, 57/58cm. The fit is pretty close to ideal for me I find.
MadMax1818
well i finally got mine  I managed to get it to fit by removing a couple of the foam inserts. Only problem is it looks really small on my head, especially from the side,  so i think i will just sell it and get one of these  http://www.ebairsoft.com/fast-helmet-p-5368.html  Looks big enough. stewpidbear
Had it's first try today (as well as 2 others on the team) and I can honestly say it was the most secure and comfortable helmet I've tried. My other team mates also agree. It may look a bit small but I think thats down to the fact that the two piece desigh wraps around the head a lot closer than the moulded one peice ones.
