I now have an Arkel Tailrider bag for my rack and a B++M topline rear light. My new front wheel and light and my new brakes have not arrived yet but it won't be long in either case. It only took less than a day to move from other side of the World to Finland, then it took 5 days after that to make its way through the Finnish postal 'service' and their bureaucrazy (not a typo). Now, onwards to the RPG convention this weekend, and I'll (eventually) get soe photos of me with it in a suit... All's well, turns out they'd run out of the Mini Mojo bag and I was sent an email that got lost somewhere. But all sorted and they're going to ship me a full size Mojo holdall and the chap said something extra for the confusion and delays (I told him he didn't have to bother as I understand technology oft goes awry and he was already doing me a favour with the bigger bag, its a nice gesture though and he insisted). Either way potential 15 years but probably 7-10, plus maybe a further fine or sentence for discharging a gun in a public place means at least he didn't get off with a warning as I am sure others have in the past. Habakure Posted September 12, 2014 Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 The actual charge wasn't manslaughter/culpable homocide though, the term escapes me at the present. It had the term 'negligent' in it though. I found it a bit contradicting to be honest. The judge said he had proved to be an evasive witness blah blah blah. Don't know how someone can get away with shooting four bullets into a room that is locked and not know where the person is, who was lying next to them. Anyone worth there salt would know if the person they went to bed with, was still next to them. Edit: scrap that. I got mixed up with something else (regarding manslaughter/culpable homocide).
