One word: Zagreb.

Love it here.
I always looked at Eastern Europe as a bit 'uncomfortable' and stark, but since Praha and Bratislava that changed. Now that I'm open to the experience, I have a newfound respect of people from Eastern Eu states

Croatians are proud, in a way conservative and progressive at the same time. I love it here. Quiet and easy going, yet full of life.
Very creative, resilient and intelligent people. Though not the most open people, they're friendly and caring.

Not to mention the ladies ^^.
Museums, bars and people we asked for help are a testament to all this.

Negative, this is a hand made specialist keyboard and we have no need of your "numeric" keyboard.

The orange up and down arrows raise and lower the keyboard into alternate modes.

Press "Raise" the top row becomes numbers.

If you press "Raise" and "Lower" together the top row becomes the F keys.

There are also shift and control so there are 18 possible functions for each key but most have less than 4.

It was built for me by a special someone on here...

Also that Logitech Trackman Wheel is 17 years old and still trucking...

I rarely use numbers at work, JSP 101 Defence Writing calls for most numbers to be written.

Three instead of 3 etc. I like it though, an additional plus is that it prevents other people jumping on and using my computer since most people here have numbers in their logons.

When I had a regular keyboard I used to smirk when people started dragging my Trackman Wheel around my desktop.

As yet another bonus it contains Gatistotle hybrid switches which are "clicky as *fruitcage*, man" and annoy all the plebs in the office.

Day 7 of 7 work wise down.

Leatherman saved the day twice in one week. Some fool snapped off our gas shutoff key. I grabbed my bit kit (our pub hex wrenches like all our tools go missing...) and got the front of the PCB project box dealio off, expecting to have to manually start it, only to find a spare key and promptly got spares cut).

And today the control box of a freezer was falling apart so with a bit of bodging I got it secure until an actual tech can sort it. Colleagues have shut up about the stuff I carry, for now.

I do, but they are handmade or personal trinkets. We always say we won't do anniversary gifts, but I persevere nonetheless.

Probably *fruitcage*ed when I get to the expensive stuff, I'm not geared up for cutting my own diamonds.

Yet...
