KWA makes one. TM has made one for years and has the new E2 model. Even HK (or HK3P, whatever the proper name is) makes one. Inokatsu makes one. I've always wanted a non railed Sig but even with the Guarder non railed kits i'm still trying to justify the price tag for a pistol that i'd rarely use. That's why the news for WE/HK3P's non railed 226 got me excited though i haven't really seen or heard much more about it other than a youtube video a couple of months ago.
