volante
Two 'made in Korea' rifle scopes. One on the left is Seong-woo industry's 5-9x56 illuminated scope Other one on the right with red ring front of it is Swift 3-12x56 illuminated scope. 56mm object lens seems oversize but i bought these scope for my Asahi WA2000. So bigger is better Let's look their adjust dial. Seong-woo scope's dial. both windage/range dial have protect cap. I personally don't like this type of dial but it is shockproof so works much better than M1,M3 replicas. Dials of Swift scope. Both windage and range dial have protection cap. And it has its illuminating switch here. Seong-woo scope has its switch on eyepiece. Seong-woo scope provides green/red illumination. Also there is dial that controls magnification. 3-9 Magnification control dial of Swift And let's see their reticle and its illumination. Here is Seong-woo scope's reticle. Green illuminating. Reticle is typical crosshair with thick three line and thin one. Picture of red illumination. Let's see Swift's reticle. Reticle design is same as Seong-woo but it illuminates only dot instead of crosshair. And Swift scope has unique function. Below picture is Swift's reticle at x3 magnification. And this picture is reticle of x12 magnification. As you see, Swift copes magnifies its reticle together when zoom in. This feature is common with German made scopes but rare case for others. Both scope's reticle are printed on glass lens. not metal wire. And lets compare which is better matching with WA2000 With Seong-woo scope And with Swift As i chosen wrong scope mount(knight type scope mount for 40mm scope) i cannot put mount cover when Swift scope installed. But i thinnk Swift looks better with its hood and 3 dial on its middle.
