The sales forums on Arnies are limited to those who have posted at least 100 worthwhile, useful posts on the forums. The general idea is to stop bots and scammers from getting into the sales topics. Only those who are actually dedicated forum users can use them. If you're not gonna be able to meet the requirements before your family moves, then perhaps you could try out Zero In Forums, they do not have limits on sales posts, so you'll definitely be able to put them up in time.
