Ivan le Fou
Thank you for the quick answer Phil. I thought about going for a kydex holster as well, but I would also need a way to carry the M&P on my leg... I will try to "morph" my cqc holster.
Wingmann
Mine was sent on the 3rd and still hasn't arrived Post moar pics!!! MOAR!!!
Philbucknall
Ask and thou shalt receive! Next to a HK417 mag to show size With torch and large mag in. I actually prefer this configuration
Azubi
Does it have the same hop issue as the full size M&P?
WTF?Shane
Red Wolf Airsoft has mags.
NonEx
I have a hard time seeing the point of the compact if you put the large mag and extention in, then you save... what, half an inch in overall size ?

True but it is my preference as it fits the hand better. I doubt I'll run it like that though. Right I'm off to order a bucket load of ickle mags.
icarus3815
It's quite a popular thing in the RS world as well with compact pistols. Carry the pistol with the "small" mag fitted for concealment purposes but have a fullsize mag(s) as your reload. Glock 26/19 with Glock 17 mags as reloads etc.
NonEx
Can anyone help me find the thread over on arms-cool which showed how to fix the hop up wheel problem? I need some referense before I break something :|
IBMedic
Am I the only one who has a unit where the hopup adjustment cannot be tuned unless disassembled?
LordElpus
no you are not.
WTF?Shane
Am I the only one who has a unit where the hopup adjustment cannot be tuned unless disassembled? Please read from the first page of this thread. It is a common problem and a major flaw in the design.
Ivan le Fou
Here is mine, marked and freshly stippled: And here is another version with "nude" back stripe: Actually is does look and feel better.
NonEx
Nice work on the stippling. Not a big fan of the polished chamber, and dangit, I know trades are nice but those just look a little too faint and shallow IMO Sorry for hating
icolater
I like the trades dude, very nice frame job aswell, what g19 is that?

But at least they are here and that's all I ask. I like the trades dude, very nice frame job aswell, what g19 is that? It is/was a KJW G23. With, now, Guarder frame and outer barrel and KJW slide. All with markings.
uscmCorps
Ivan, who makes the trademarked M&P? I know it's a WE, but where did you get it pre-trademarked from?
Ivan le Fou
Tokyo Model Company. They only have a very few of them, I think 2 at a time. As I and NonEx said the markings are shallow. They are here though, but nothing close to the Shooter Design's quality.
uscmCorps
Hmmm ... couldn't find them on TMC's site. Unfortunate.
Wingmann
Received mine today. Just had enough time to shoot a magazine, so nothing to report. Mine is the UNC traded version. Trades are laser painted, but good enough for me
Probotector
I also recieved my M&P today. While the gun looks incredibly well done (for WE that is), it doesn't work. I'm not talking about the faulty hop-up chamber, which I was able to fix. Problem is, that it won't cycle properly. If you don't push the slide down while cycling, the hammer will not strain and the nozzle loading gets stuck halfway. The first shot is fine, but the next one causes the magazine to dispense all its gas and sometimes the fullauto issue kicks in (3-4 shots til all the gas went out). Fruitcage! I have not heard of this issue before. I think you may have gotten a defective unit. Unfortunate, see if you can get the retailer to take it back.
icolater
The first I have heard off, Defo bring it back.
Probotector
Bought it from WGC. I wonder if they'd take it back after I did some work on the faulty hop up. Also when trying to remove the worm screw that holds the rear sight, the potmetal chipped off (who would have thought?) and can't be screwed off anymore. Just ain't my day I guess... Another question: Did WE bring out a Gen2 version of the M&P already?

As far as returns, you're pretty much stuck with it after making modifications.
