G36 plastic buttplate?

Get a sheet of black kydex and heat it up to form to the back of the butt pad. Then you'll have a solid, flat piece as the butt pad. You can secure it to the stock with paracord, rivet it together, or glue. It's kind of hard to describe what I'm suggesting but just point the gun at the floor, then flop the heated kydex on top and let gravity do it's job.

ollie_ty is right. If you're looking for felt recoil then changing the pad won't do much. The rubber but pad is just a little slab of rubber that doesn't cushion at all, it's mainly there for aesthetics and so it grips against your shoulder instead of sliding around. There are other ways to increase recoil.
