Wingmann
I paid for a Kobra replica sight on the 3rd of January and I'm still waiting to hear anything from them. I've sent two communications already; one from their website and another to the Paypal address. If you guys have any more ideas apart from a Paypal dispute, let me know. Squad 701
You might be better off starting the Paypal dispute to get the ball rolling, some of these companies need a nudge every now and again to get their attention. Boomarms are notorious for not replying to emails, but generally if something's in stock, It will be dispatched fast with no problem, so best sticking with the items on the New-Release pages. It's a pity about Boomarms lack of customer service (care) as they can be a great shop.
hardboiledcop
Yeah, I've ordered metal kits and and full custom guns from boomarms in the past, admittedly this was more than a couple years ago. They delivered very promptly, but their email answering is hit and miss, really hit and miss.
Voxcaster
I asked them a question and got an answer back in 15 minutes... asked another, waited for two weeks.
Wingmann
I think I'll wait three weeks just in case a package appears, then dispute. Thanks guys!
RacingManiac
Their E-mail is slow and inconsistent...but I've never actually have a problem getting stuff from them...
Wingmann
Well, as I said I paid on the 3rd of Jan and I haven't had ANY notification of my order.
hitmanNo2
That's weird. Are you sure you put your e-mail address in correctly? It's been a while since I've ordered from them but you always got an automated order confirmation whether it was processed or not.
Wingmann
That's weird. Are you sure you put your e-mail address in correctly? I used Paypal and it went through so it has to be right.
hitmanNo2
Hmm. I guess just send them an e-mail every day until you get a response. I tend to get a reply from Johnny at general@boomarms.com or theres order@boomarms.com I think. If you happened to get a screenshot of your order confirmation you could put the order number in the subject line.
Wingmann
Thanks for the addresses. I've forwarded my previous e-mail. Also, Paypal has unique transaction numbers me and them can check, so it's not that hard, really
Lancaster
I'm curious if they do have all rare stuff like metal kits for pistols on stock as it appears on their page or it's pay and pray? I have ordered some internal parts for TM single stacks and some were not-available in fact (were in stock on their webpage) , but they'd offered to aquire and resell analogs from other retailers Edited January 21, 2013 by Lancaster
mimesis
Yeah, some of the stuff on their website that shows as in stock is actually O/S, but Johnny told me that they have other stuff in stock that is not listed on the site. As stated, they also appear more willing than most to go out and get you stuff from wholesalers/suppliers if they can find it.
Wingmann
No signs of life. 3 days left before dispute
Wingmann
Dispute open. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. No answers, no information, no items sent = Bye, bye forever.
Wingmann
24 hours later I've been refunded. 21 days lost... Does anyone know a good place for a decent Kobra or other russian red dot? I've been even considering the RS ones, like the new Rakurs and Obzor, although I'd rather not spend a fortune in one. Marlowe
Bought my Guarder RPK kit from them back in 2004 without problems, but obviously to a lot of you young 'uns that was a lifetime ago and clearly poor basis for their current effectiveness.

What was it like without electricity?
