Krydel
Got a new m9a1 this week and the grips are a little loose. Easy fix, just tighten the screws right? Not so easy, unfortunately the metal insert in the frame of the grip is rotating with the screw when i turn it, so i can't tighten or loosen it at all. Any suggestions? Kenworth W900
Just be thankful that TM have added metal inserts into the design of their M9A1 in the first place The bloody awful M9 frames use to strip against the mere plastic all the time.
scorch
I have the old plastic one, took the grips off popped a little epoxy in the threads with a cotton bud and let it dry unassembled. The screws then screwed into the resin. On the new one though, as said, just glue the inserts in place.
