biscuitninja
As above really, I'm wondering if anyone knows if the IMI roto holster will fit on a Blackhawk dropleg platform? Not owned a drop-leg before, but found a BH fairly cheap and wondering if it'll fit. I like the IMI holster a lot, but it rides pretty high up into my plate carrier and makes draws a little slow sometimes. Alternative is a new IMI drop-leg or the low hanging belt loop - any views on these?
TheFull9
Got a picture of the back of the holster without any sort of mount attached?
hwagan
The IMI wouldn't go on a BHI attachment without a reasonable amount of work - IMI use a single bolt through a circular toothed disc, so you can adjust the cant of the draw by loosening the bolt and rotating it on the platform. You might be able to mount it through one of the holes on the BHI rig, but I doubt it'd be a solid attachment.
biscuitninja
Ah I guess I'll have to just go with the IMI dropleg in that case. Might go with the Blackhawk anyway, for magazines on another leg (I figure the drop leg platform part is reversible? Or am I wrong?) and then get the matching DL for the holster. Cheers for the advice guys!
FTZ-WildeCard
If there are holes on both the leg platform and the holster you could bodge it with zip ties, but it might not be very secure and will be a real *badgeress* to remove later.
hwagan
You'd need a lot of Zipties, there's only one screwhole in an IMI holster
