KAC PDW magazine & magpul?

Just tried this at home -- and I'd go as far as to say "don't bother".

When attempting to fit them normally, the Magpul is so loose I would not be surprised if it fell of on its own (did a shake test -- and it fell off!).

When using the alternative fitting method (spin the Magpul 90 degrees to one side so the pull strap goes along the mag longways front to back) it is even worse (the Magpul constricts, but ends up shrinking off the mag), and is far too loose to perform its intended function.

gaffa tape magpuls. sorted.

1) cut strip of tape off (this will be the loop) fold it in half lengthways

2) Tape around the mag, taping both ends of the loop on

3) tug a bit, reinforce as needed

4) ???

5) Profit.

This.

Sure, it doesn't look so "high speed, low drag" but it works just fine.

This. Although I would leave the loop long at the top, if you see what I mean, so that you can double it over and tape it again for durability. This way its not just adhesive holding it on. Hope that makes sense :)
